At Fit2Run, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your fitness journey; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is taped shut.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
